Course Location: We come to you. Seminars can be carried out in the workplace or at a chosen facility of your choice.
Course Costs: We charge a base fee for all sessions which allows for two hours preparation plus one hour for the presentation, plus we charge a per head rate for each attendee to cover materials and disbursements.
Travel costs are charged for seminars carried outside the Tauranga region.
What to Bring: Nothing… just an open mind and a keenness to learn. We provide all the necessary materials and content.
Content Overview: Our nutrition sessions aim to inform and motivate attendees with relevant information on nutritional health issues that commonly affect us in our day to day working environment.

- Part Four – Changing food habits
