This is for sports people (adolescent & older) seeking nutrition education and individualised advice to support their training and optimise performance.
1 x initial consultation and suggested food plan. 4 x 45 min follow-up sessions (includes an education component with diet feedback and changes). Education sessions typically cover: Nutrition to fuel well, recover well, hydrate well and competition day / event nutrition & meal planning.
